This is one of my husband’s favourite.Almost every Wednesday I make this Egg curry. Ingredients
Boiled egg – 4 Onion -1 Tomato – 1 Green chillies – 2 Garlic – 4 Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp Cumin powder- 1 tsp Corainder powder -1 tsp Chilli powder – 1 tsp Mustard and urad dhal – 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil – 1 tblsp
o Chop onion ,tomato,garlic and green chillies. o In a kadai add oil.When the oil is hot add mustard and urad dhal. o After it splutters add chopped onion. o Saute it till golden brown.. o Add tomatoes and garlic. o Once the tomatoes become soft add all the powders and 1/2 cup of water. o Put the boiled eggs into the boiling gravy. o Cook it in low flame for 10 min. o Serve hot with rice.
