I made this simple and crunchy ice cream
when I found my peanut butter was nearing
the expiry date.
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Whole milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup
salt - a pinch
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Pulse peanut butter and milk in the food processor.Butter tends to separate. Whisk till blends together.
- Add all the other ingredients and whisk well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
- Pour the creamy milk in the frozen container.
- Freeze according to the manufactures instructions.
